Running his Duesenberg racing automobile thru the business district without a license number, Eddie O'Donnell was placed under arrest by Traffic Officer Blee at Sixth and Walnut streets today.
Incidentally the traffic policeman enjoyed his first ride in a racing car when he accompanied the prisoner to the station.
