MORE TROUBLE FOR AUTO SPEEDWAY

Promoters of the Valley Junction auto speedway encountered another financial snag when M.J. Alexander filed $22,500 suit in district court Monday and asked for the appointement of a receiver if the court deems such action necessary. Plaintiff seeks to recover on a note which matured July 20, 1916.
