WORK PROCEEDING SLOWLY
Yet Speedway May Be Ready For Meet

Yet the builders are supposed to know what they are doing and have been hiring a lot more carpenters, and so will probably get in under the wire.
There has been considerable delay in securing lumber, but that is supposed to be on hand in abundance now. Almost an unlimited number of men could work advantageously if the material could be furnished.
