SPEEDWAY OFFICIALS FIX THE HOURS FOR PRACTICE

Definite practicing hours for the drivers entered in the 300-mile race were Saturday fixed. Starting Monday, practice hours will be from 9 o'clock in the morning until 11 o'clock and in the afternoons from 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock daily excepting on Friday and Thursday afternoons when the final elimination trials will be held starting at 2:30 o'clock. The subway and bridge will be closed to automobiles until next Thursday noon. The grandstand will be open to all auto enthusiasts but a 50 cent admission fee will be charged.

Drivers will not be permitted on the track except during scheduled practice hours.
