Earl Cooper might pass for a ministerial student but the average server would look twice before being convinced he is one of the greatest race drivers in the profession.
Cooper has a peculiar philosophy for a racer. He takes driving as serious business just like the merchant or lawyer does his.
"There is no use trying to go thru a flock of machines when there isn't room or trying to take a turn at 40 miles an hour when it won't stand 30. You can't win a race unless you finish," he says.
